Facelift Under Local Anesthesia

Dr. Khoobehi performs many facelifts under local anesthesia in an office setting. Not only does this option allow patients to achieve the same results as previous, more invasive techniques, but it can also do so without the downtime and risks associated with general anesthesia. The local anesthesia facelift (LA facelift) is performed in an accredited in-office suite, allowing patients to save money associated with a surgery center and anesthesia while recovering faster.

Facelift Options

There are many variations to facelift surgery. The technique used depends on the patient’s facial features and conditions. Most surgeons aim for the less invasive technique; however, some patients require manipulation of internal tissues, fat, and skin.
